frogspawn not extending

this has really been bothering me for a while. i have a frogspawn that i’ve had for about 6 months and it seems fine however it is not fully extending. i have it in the bottom of the tank. i moved it slightly under a ledge and it extended a little more but then when back to how it usually is a couple days later.

currently my calcium is at 460 my alk is at 9dkh and i’m not dosing anything rn but i’m getting into it. my tank is 10 gallons and i have a single clownfish

i only know my nitrate which is 0 and salinity which is 1.025

A nitrate of 0 is not the best, especially with LPS corals. What test are you using for nitrate??
