Frogspawn not opening?

A few months ago i got some frogspawns and they were doing great for a while but recently they haven’t been opening as fully I admit I haven’t been tested the water as I should have been but when I just checked the alk was at 7 which seemed low could that be the cause if so how do i fix it i have 2 part but it says to use them in a 1:1 ratio and that would raise my cal more then needed?

Dose individually to where you want it. Could be a number of things as far as water parameters.

Im out right now so i cant get any pictures i should be able to tomorrow I tested the mag at 1550 and I have to get another cal test kit and the salinity was 1.026 like normal i did a water change for now hoping it would help

Okay so i got new test and retested everything after another water change and i got alk 7.7 355 cal 1420 mag and salinity 1.026 i got a picture but the lights are just coming on

My frog will pull in for 2, 3 days and come out slowly on the 3rd 4th day it does it all the time. Don't panic . Your big water change going from 7 to 7.7 might not come out for a week.
