Frogspawn or hammer?

Hi when I bought this they said it was a hammer but I’m wondering if it’s a frogspawn what do you guys think

Looks like frogspawn since the polyps look circular and have multiple polyps throughout one branch.

It looks like it is a Frogspawn however it could also be an Octospawn. I cant remember the difference between the two (Frogspawn and Octospawn) off the top of my head unfortunately.
