Hello there,
I’m just a beginner at this hobby for 3 months and I just experienced my Frogspawn had the Polyp bailout a couple of days ago. So now, what should I do with the head? Can I possibly glue it to a rock and hoping it would grow back?

Welcome to R2R! You could place the polyp in a plastic disposable "dixie" type cup with some rock rubble in an area of low flow and hope it attaches.
Most polyp bailout events are due to an unhappy coral trying to survive by bailing out of the failing colony. Any number of reasons could account for this. How does the original frogspawn look? Picture? How long have you had it? What are your parameters?

Awesome! I did try to glue them on this rock tho but they seemed like they don’t want to stay there. For now, I just let it be in the acclimation box next to a rock and hopefully they’ll attach themselves there.

Last week, the Frogspawn still looking good. And this week, it looks like this!

My water parameters: March 16th
pH 8.15
Alk 8.6
Ca 430
Mg 1320
NH3 PO3 NO3- NO2- 0
Salinity 1.026

Looks like tour nutrients (NO3/PO4) may be too low for the frogspawn to be happy. You could try increasing your feeding a little bit and target feeding the corals.

I agree, your frogspawn is nutrient-deprived. I can happen to other euphyllias if you don't raise NO3 and PO4.
