Hmm. This is new to me. Let's see if @Humblefish can identify it as a pest or if anyone in the #reefsquad has any suggestions [emoji16]

Is all that flesh from just one head? It could be trying to grow another head.... or maybe it's a nudibranch?

It does kind of resemble a nudibranch. @TurkeyHead had one on his leather earlier this week. Looked like this:

Yes that all flesh. When I got it had only one head then it split into 2 heads a couple of months ago. So all this flesh is on one head and it seems to be about the size of a dime. My first thought was it was growing a new head but it almost looks like a ball of flatworms stuck to the side.

Yup.. they almost always look like a wad of squiggles. lol

So if you took the second picture and rolled them in a ball. That's what it would look like

So the first picture..... I would take a net and gently scrape it off. Make sure it all falls in the net. Then you can take a closer look (And pictures[emoji6]) in a smaller container.

So what's the next step I should take?

Another way to do it is if your able to remove the coral:
I pulled the coral out into a quarantine tank. Luckily it was attached to a rock on the sand. Scraped him off with a stick. And put the coral back. No problem
