I have a 4-5 headed frogspawn. Yesterday I noticed one head was closed and looking poorly. No parameters have changed. All the other coral are doing fine. Anybody have a clue? Maybe physical damage from my clown?

If your clown is using the frogspawn as a anemone, then yes it's possible that the clown is irritating the coral.... It's hard to tell but is the coral glued to the rock or just sitting there?

Yes, the clowns go between the frogspawn and anemone, which is about 3" away.

The frogspawn is mounted to rock in the background and has grown over the lower rock.

I'd venture out to say the coral has been slightly irritated by the clown... Is it feasible to move the frogspawn to another location in the tank

Unfortunately no. Hopefully the clown will find the exposed skeleton uncomfortable and leave it alone for a while.
