It's best to start low and work your way up. What type of lights do you have and at what intensity?

I have my frogspawn midway up my tank, i use marine orbit pros, and it exploded from 1 small head to 4 large heads. In a few months.

Depends on the lighting you use. I only say this cause WWC says to start low work your way up so the corals adjust to the lights. What I do, and had great result with frags is start it on a frag rack, low/ mid of the tank(depending on the type of corals), and move it up or down slowly depending on the corals. I keep all my frags at least 4 to 5 days.
