I added a Frogspawn to my tank last week. Two days ago I noticed a clear translucent bubble with streaks of green. I believe its forming a new head. This is my first frogspawn so I've never experienced this before. Is this how they split? Is it also normal for the coral to be slightly retracted while its splitting? Thanks in advance.

I actually just watched the tentacles deflate then the bubble looks like its tearing revealing what looks like a splitting skeleton. I'll try and post a picture.

It could be polyp bail out, where the polyp completely leaves the skeleton. Bail out is usually caused by stress from water chemistry issues. Perhaps you have the coral in too much flow as well.
Typically Euphyllia reproduce by producing new skeleton and budding.
Would really have to see an image though.

This is the best pic I can get with my crappy camera. Kind of hard to tell in the pic.
My water chemistry is
PH 8.2
Kh 9.6
Cal 450
Phos. . 03
Nit 2ppm
Water flow is 2 MP10 on opposite wall running reefcrest in anti sync at about 50% tank is 36 inch wide
Lighting is Kessil Ap700 at 38%
Please comment and give opinions on my flow and lighting. Should it be higher?

That all sounds fine to me. I can not address the Kessil because I have never had one. Flow sounds fine.

Any cleaner shrimp hanging around the coral?

No cleaner shrimp, but I do have a HUGE 20 year old black spiny starfish that might be irritating it with one of his 10 inch legs. The more I watch it I think its splitting. I'm just a bit concerned as it has been slightly deflated while this is occurring. Time will tell I guess.
