Frogspawn trouble

Hello everyone, I have just introduced a Frogspawn and Hammer coral to my tank. My water parameters are all good, with the exception of my phospates which are between .25 and .5. I have trouble with the colors. After a few days my Frogspawn has retracted its tentacles, not fully closed but close to it. What could cause this?
