Sometime during the night, my frogspawn fell from its rock and landed on the edge of one of my scolys.... The scoly annihilated him, melted him into almost nothing.

There was some damage to the scoly, and I'm trying to gauge how much and if it will be OK. What does everyone think? It's the edge of the green scoly there where you see a bit of fresh damage. Sorry for the picture, my lights aren't on yet.

Should be fine. Just keep an eye on it and keep it in some flow to keep the wound clean (not excessive flow though)

If you keep the frogspawn skeleton in the tank, it will regrow.

As soon as I saw what happened, I assumed the scoly was done for. I had no idea it was capable of taking down something with a much more potent sting. This scoly is a fighter though. I got it at a discount due to some fairly significant tissue damage, and it seems to be a magnet for hermits picking at it, bristle worms going in and out, getting bumped. None of my other scolys have anything whatsoever happen to them, they're perfect.

My actinics just started up and things are starting to inflate. It got hit for sure, but it doesn't look too bad. The other spots on the left and top are worse, but I got the scoly with those and it's definitely on the mend.

Fed my scolys today, give them a chunk of clam about every 4 days or so, and took this as it was inflating and getting the food in its mouth. The damage is actually not as bad as I thought. It got tagged, but there not even much tissue recision. I think it will heal just fine.
