I'm wanting to drill one of my live rock and put the base of my frogspawn in it. My question is can I use silicone or should I just use super glue gel? Right now it's base is stuck in a barnacle.

I don't think silicone will cure properly under water. Just use a little super glue gel.

I would use superglue gel it's a dollar and works faster then expoxy

I have the epoxy and I hate it I can't seem to get it to do right. I followed the directions and it still didn't work right. I must've did something wrong. You can apply it under water right?

I mix up the epoxy until it is totally uniform in color, put some superglue on it and attach the frag, then put some superglue on the other side and attach to the rock. Works great.

I use loctite gel superglue on all my frags. Get it at Walmart. Have tried other gels from there but loctite works best for me.

This is the only way, epoxy with glue between both contact surfaces. U can put something upside down if you want.
