Frogspawn

Quick question. I put my frogspawn in my tank 2 days ago. I have noticed that sometimes he is fully extended and sometimes the polyps are shorter and dont flow around as much. Is this normal? will it change behaviors based on time of day? I have it in a pretty high flow area.
Also, how long do these tank to grow/get bigger? right now he is pretty small.

Frogspawn like a moderate flow. enough to sorta make them bounce and flutter. too strong and they wont extend much. how many heads does it have? as far as growth speed, while not slow, they do take a while. from time to time the heads will split. when they are in this process, you will notice they dont seem to extend very much and given a few days it will look much better. just keep your water good and dont blast it with flow.
