Is it okay to take fish out if qt with copper and drip acclimate them into main display?

You shouldn't put water with copper into your display. Match the parameters. Assuming you weren't leaving your display 'fallow' - yes thats fine IMHO

What's the reason for the quarantine, new fish or disease in the DT? Either way, most people observe fish for a couple of weeks post treament to insure that the disease has been eradicated. If the QT was due to an active infection in the DT, did you go fallow long enough?

No QT water to your display. Acclimate them from QT yes, but introduce fish to display without water from treatment tank
