I've had two small clowns for a week and they just got used to the tank and started exploring. One , smaller , was frostbite and the other, slightly larger, is a black ice. The frostbite got stuck on the overflow and drowned last night . Should I add another before the single one gets territory or can I wait a little. 80 gallon SR tank thanks

What do you mean "drowned"?
I would find a way to make sure they can't get in the overflow before adding another

I would try and find the cause before adding anything else. A healthy fish has no issue with current and what ever the cause could be contagious.
It was tiny and it looks like it happened while sleeping at night. There was nothing wrong with it at all.

While a tiny fish may get sucked into a very strong power head if it swims to close it is unlikely that a fish that is healthy got stuck to the overflow. It most likely got pulled against the overflow after it died. I would make sure there is no disease in the tank before adding another.

I think it’s best to wait a bit. It’s better to observe what’s going on before adding another fish. Sometimes diseases is not visible to the naked eye. Something injured and put the clownfish in Davy jones locker. Let’s take a look first. And clownfish territorial disputes usually aren’t as bad as damsels. I think it’ll be okay for a few weeks.
