I run a ULNS SPS tank and dose Red Sea Reef Energy Parts A/B. I received a few new 500ml bottles through UPS this week and they arrived frozen. My question is does the freezing of Amino Acids harm, break down, or degrade them?

No, they are likely fine. Freezing does not alter amino acids.
The only issue could be if they precipitated into a solid mass when they got concentrated as they were excluded from the growing ice portion of the solution. If there is such a mass that doesn't seem to easily redissolve, that could be a concern.
