Frozen Brightwell

So, its currently 15 below farenheit out here in NW montana. My wife was doing some cleaning before the inlaws arrive and put my five gallon buckets of brightwell reef a and b outside. I just brought them in and they are frozen completely solid. Two questions:
They are still fine to use, right?
For thawing them out i am going to assume that ill have to wait for it to completely thaw out to ensure it is the proper concentration?
Thanks, and wish me luck staying warm! Just glad we moved to the warmer part of the state, its -50 where we moved from!
 
Nice thick layer of frost while it thaws out!
