Does anyone know if you can re-freeze brine shrimp? Accidently left it out and it thawed. Actually my wife left it out. Lol

I would. I've gotten LRF or misys shrimp a couple hours away and it's partially thawed before getting home.

Are they in the sealed squares or flats? I wouldn't even think twice if it were in the sealed squares. Actually, unless it was just days, I wouldn't worry anyway.

I've had some LRS partially thaw, on the trip home from the lfs I used to use. It's less than an hour drive. I just refroze. When I cut off the portion I'm feeding and thaw it, it seems a bit 'mushy'. Not sure if it's lost any nutritional value, but the fish still eat it.

By the way, the lfs I now use is almost 2 hours away, but I bought 3 packs of LRS from them a couple weeks ago and with their packaging, all 3 were still solidly frozen when I got home.
