frozen food or just freeze dried?

I have a small tank with one clownfish. I've been feeding omega one freeze dried shrimp. Thinking about frozen food, but the cubes would be too big for just one fish.I'm just wondering what other food you guys feed?

I just cut small chunks off of the frozen cube with a knife. Store the left over cube in a zip lock baggie. One cube usually lasts a couple weeks. Thaw the cut off portion in a small cup with some tank water. Just add what you need to the tank without over feeding.

I use both. For small feeding of frozen I cut into quarters. I use a 7 day pill keeper to store it in the freezer. Works Great. I have just started the freeze dried shrimp. My fish love that too. So will mix it up.
