So being in a hurry for work I left the frozen fish food out on the counter for 5 hours. Should I toss it....everything was melted? I had mysis shrimp, krill, and formula II. I don't want anyone to get sick.

Agree with the above...

Many years ago I managed a bar, that served food, so I had to become a "certified food sanitation manager" One thing that has always stuck with me, the temperature danger zone. Basically, anything that was frozen/refrigerated that was left out at above 41* (( and below 141 )) for more than 4 hours was no longer considered safe and have to be thrown out.

I had to do the same thing. I took the ServSafe exam when I worked in the food industry. Anytime food is in the danger zone for too long, it must be tossed.
