I'm trying to feed my mandarin frozen brine shrimp (he had taken to eating it), but it floats and all the other fish eat it before it sinks. I tried putting it in a shot glass, but the clowns still go in and eat it. What do I do?

usually what i did before i gave my mandarin away... (which i regret) I used a turkey baster, turned off all flow. and put it in front of it while it ate. to distract the other fish i just fed the tank as normal.
