Frozen live bacteria?

I ordered Dr Tims One and Only and Waste Away. We are having some cold temps here and the One and Only arrived frozen solid. Waste away was still liquid.

Is it safe to assume the One and Only is probably all dead now? Or will it still work? Says do not freeze on it.
