Hey guys, I order a master kit from your authorized dealers and I just got it in the mail. Every single liquid bottle from the three test kits are rock solid frozen. I grabbed them from the mailbox as soon as the mailman dropped them and were already frozen.
Does this mean that they are now useless or can I use them without any issues once they thaw?
Also, are all the bottles supposed to be sealed in a bag? Only the magnesium test kit had all the bottles sealed in a bag inside the box while the calcium and alkalinity were not sealed at all, just tossed in the box.
