I personally enjoy feeding my fish frozen food, ranging from PE Mysis, Bloodworms, Clams pieces, Rods Reef, Spirulina Brine Shrimp, etc. However, most of my fish enjoy NLS and my tanks love HBH Super Soft Spirulina pellets.

Let's hear the debate between the two.

I like frozen because I can rinse it to get it nice and clean where I've noticed with dried food there is more residuals leaching from it that enter the water column

I only feed formula one and two pellets. Nothing else. Nothing for my reef sps lps clam but t5. I'm to lazy to clean frozen. And I kinda like the fact that my food isn't floating around everywhere.

Frozen mysis and brine twice a week soaked in garlic. Other days consist on flake omega with garlic. Nori every third day. I enjoy the mix of the 2.

I feed every day with pellets plus a couple of times a week with frozen for the variety.

One of the biggest reasons I feed mainly frozen is that my butterfly won't touch pellets, so I feel bad that he isn't eating when I feed.

Dry foods soak up stuff like Vitachem easier, so I like that aspect.

My fish are my babies, I feed them everything. My favorites food is my homemade mix of all my frozen foods on hand with whatever the grocery store happens to have. Scallops are a big hit.
