Not really sure what kind of problem you are having, but doing a google search there is a youtube video showing how to program it. Maybe that may point you in the right direction.

!!! Welcome to R2R !!! I pulled the PDF manual and it has the same control as my Vipaspectra LED light. I'm going to give you my timer setup running on my tank.
Channel 1 should be blue and channel 2 white.
Channel 1 (blue) turns on at 12:00 and off at 23:00 at 85%
Cannel 2 (white) turns on at 13:00 and off at 22:00 at 25%

You should setup you current time first and them set the time for on and off. Also you must complete the entry for each change.

Most issues come up after setting the timer, you have to let it time out to set (either clock, on/off, etc).

I think you've seen the links to youtube videos that can help. And some instructions as well. ihavecrabs is 100% right about the T247B not being the most intuitive system ever made. LOL! I used to work for Ocean Revive and you should have seen the first prototype's instructions! I took me over 2 hours to figure them out.
If you are still having issues with the timer, I'd be happy to try and help you through it. So what exactly is it that you are having trouble with (other than everything!). LOL.
BTW, the T247B is a well made fixture. They just tried to put too much control into a small brain with only a couple of control knobs. Take your time and don't get frustrated. Even I had to walk away from mine a time or two when I was changing the schedule!
