My Foxface and Blue Hippo seem to do everything possible to keep my corals from eating chunky foods. No matter how much I feed the fish before I feed my corals, they still go after the food my corals are slowly trying to eat. Especially my Acan's and Blasto's that eat a little slower. Even if the fish are totally full and wont eat, they now resort to kicking near and towards my corals knowing it stirs up the food the corals were holding. Is there any tips at all that can reduce this growing problem?

:(

Cut the top off a 2 l plastic soda bottle and cover the coral with it. Squirt food in thru the cap opening. Leave it there for 15-20 min while the coral feed.
Thank you, I'll use a small 16oz top for this one! The position of the other frags would not work for this method but a small 16oz top is perfect, thanks!

hmmmo_O. That's good idea especially for the frags I have on a rack.

It works well in situations where you can get it in there. I use it for acans to great effect. The 2 liter bottle works too but I've found you often have to hold it there for longer than is comfortable.

Probably fine. I use lead fishing weights super glued on. 5 minutes of contact time shouldn't hurt anything. Though I guess I live dangerously

I have had this problem trying to target feed an eel. The other fish keep stealing the food off the feeder before the eel could even smell it.

I saw something recently that looked like a baster with a cone shaped mouth designed to go over corals and feed them. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please let me know. Thank you
