Frustrating clowns being clowns

Two weeks ago we added two Carmel clowns to our 65. They have decided to host the heater in the right hand back corner at the top. They only move from that to get food and scurry right back. We have a large 6 inch bta and a smaller 3 inch bta. Is there a way to get them to stop hosting the heater?

nope just clowns being clowns, they will probably move to the anemone given time but might not, clowns are weird

It’s so annoying they won’t move . If they move from the corner they get lost and it’s finding Nemo in our tank all over again.

matters where the anemone is but you can put a plastic container with hole or a strainer around the anemone with the clownfish inside for 1-2 days. It usually begins to host after that. Quick trick that has worked for me before but its is annoying and stressful on the fish
