Frustrating Particles in my Water!!!!

Getting slightly frustrated with the issue of fine particles or possibly air bubbles in my tank for the last 10 days or so.

Everything was fine before this with very clear water. Tank has fully cycled with no ammonia or nitrite and other readings are good apart from phospate which is coming down. I put in some filter floss in the rear sump about 4 days ago and it is making some difference as the floss is collecting some of particles but it seems that whenever I disturb the water lots more particles appear.

As an example, I took out my reactor in the rear sump to change some Rowaphos and after putting it back in a lot of particles began swirling in the tank again. The reason why I am presuming they are particles is because they stick to then glass in the side and especially at the rear.

I have taken a short video if the tank and what's going on in the rear sump. Just wondered if anything looks out of the ordinary to anyone with more experience or what else I could check or do?

I'm thinking of disturbing the sand bed and rocks with a small pump when carrying out a water change to try to such it out. Would that be a good idea?

Microbubbles.
Things to check:
Assure your overflow lines are not blocked (such as a snail )
Likely, these bubbles are occurring right before your return pump and being pumped into tank via return line. Check sump and see where bubbles are starting (can even be a skimmer) and check pump also for any obstructions

Are the particles coming out of the return line?
If so, they might be air bubbles.
It is always a good idea to siphon rock work and the sand when doing water changes.

I may just turn off the protein skimmer for a couple of hours to see what that does. I'm new to the hobby so don't really know how to check if something is wrong. I have seen soon air bubbles appearing underneath the pump outlet as attached. Should there be bubbles here?
