Fry or Sand Flee or something else

I came home tonight and went to shine a light in my tank to check out one of my new fish purchases....

While I was doing this I noticed two things:
1. I have hundreds of baby snails in the tank.
2. There is a small critter that is attracted to light. It swims around and I am not sure if it is a small fry or San flea or something else. Check out the video.

Could the swimmers be pods?

Not sure about the swimmers but +1 for baby nass snails (ie zombie snails )
