I have a used one but two channels do not work. I have a relay I just am handicapped and cannot move and on life support

I can ship I just have a problem with how packages this size get treated by the shipping companies. It would be about $95 ground shipping to VA no insurance, if you want to insure it for the full amount I can calculate that cost. The likelihood of it arriving damage free regardless of how good I package and label it may be low you will likely have something get dented or a bulb break, etc. If you are willing to accept any risks associated with that then I'm happy to ship I just can't guarantee against any shipping issues or provide refunds unless we insure for the full amount +shipping costs
