Non-dimmable. No bulbs included. But I have tons of 12months old ATI bulbs and some used Giesemann. So if you'd like to play with some color combo, I'll throw them in for free.

Yes, it's around 36inches.

Also, I'm not 100% sure about the hanging kit. I don't remember if the new fixture I replaced it with included hanging kit or not. I will have to check when I get home. If there's one, I will include it since I've just been reusing my old one.
