Well I decided to go back to MH and am going to supplement with a couple stunner strips to get the "pop"
We built this setup with 40 3watt Bridgelux LED's 20 white/20 blue), it is ran with two dimmable drivers one for the white and one for the blue so it makes dialing it in to where you want a lot easier. The drivers are housed in a "project box" along with the knobs being through the box.
The LED's are on channel aluminum which works great for the heat to escape, you can add a fan to blow across the top channels to cool the LED's sorry I do not have one to spare.
I also have optics for almost all of them missing like 3-4 is all. In the pic there are more missing as I removed those for where it was sitting in my tank.
I will get exact dimensions but it is about 23-24" X 20-22"
Looking to get $200 which is basically just the cost of everything, plus shipping. When I ship it I will unscrew the ends to fit better in a smaller box it's very easy to put back together.
