I'm considering selling my HOB refugium (and building an in-sump fuge)

MarineLand lists the fuge at $140, light at $58, and $14 for the light stand + shipping, for a total over $200. CPR Aquatics Refugiums AquaFuge Aquarium 2 Pro Sump Large PS Protein Skimmer Hang-On Medium Small

would there be much intrest here for it?
what would it be worth?

I'd prefer to sell it local (PNW) and not ship it (that way I can give it with the Mud/Sand/Rock/Chaeto)
but I would consider cleaning it and shipping it.

I thought you said it was a large. The large would actually be 10" too long for the tank and 12" too long for the sump. Unfortunately the medium is too long by 4" for the tank and 6" for the sump. If it was the small, at 13" long it would be perfect. There is very limited space in the corner stand.
