DOA policy, the package must be received & signed for on the first attempt. The buyer will email or text me clear pictures of the coral in it's unopened bag or container within the first 2 hours of delivery/pickup. Communication is KEY. I do have replacements available. Shipping (flat rate of $55) will not be refunded. Not responsible for delays or DOA due to FedEx or Usps, weather, package refused or not signed for, coral acclimation, coral aggression in your tank, flow, or lighting.
