Just a heads up. This member have had issues shipping in the past. I would make sure there is an understanding if the piece arrives DOA. Poor packaging.

Just thinking how ridiculous 2 hour DOA is. Especially when you're blowing thousands on a piece. I'm sure if you do rec a DOA they subtract for sipping to? Basically buyer is at full risk. Once seller sends it. There hands are clean. The same guys that roll with the 2 hour DOA usually dont give the money back either. If they do it's like pulling teeth. Not my experience with seller. Just my experience when spending thousands on corals.

Not sure on this seller but beware of any 2 hour DOA seller. Just seams like so un honest of a policies

DOA policies are complete BS in my humble opinion. You have no idea how healthy the coral is and you are willing to spend $2K on "HOLLY" Grail? I am sorry but it's a holy grail. Let's just say the coral does arrive and stays alive within the first 24 hours in your system. Who's to say the coral isnt suffering from some internal bacterial infections? These infections wont show it's ugly face until maybe a week or two and by that time, you have no recourse, just an empty pocket. Always ask for pictures of tissue, skeleton, head and confirm it's healthy - well as much as you can. Sellers with a good reputation will make it right and work with you. Shady ones will stick to the DOA policy and give you the middle finger laughing all the way to the bank.

Unreliable Is an understatement. Almost all packages at the local shop in the past two weeks were delayed including mine. Both receiving and shipping. Without a doubt a terrible idea to ship untill after the new year

Just looked this up and looks like the seller is referring to Grant Urban on Facebook. Never purchased from this seller. However it looks like the real name for this torch is “Holy Grant Torch” not “Holly Grail Torch” which seems like a typo. Hope this clarifies for some buyers on this post. Here’s a photo from fb:
