His PM box has been full for at least 2 weeks {See post #35 on this thread} I had left a few PM's prior to leaving that post before I got a message that his box was full.
edit: Someone else left him a visitor message about a my Miami frag as well... I'm wondering how many of the My Miami frags he's 'sold' at this point.

If you're wanting to open up a PayPal dispute, you'll need to do it fast if it has only been 6 weeks. You have 45 days to dispute transactions.
I hope all works out for you, but honestly, if he got sick or something, I'm sure he would have told someone to contact you, not just leave you hanging.

Ah yea open a dispute if he does not respond to paypal after 10days you get refunded, but he has to have money in his PayPal account for them to refund you...
I've had to dispute a transaction before, and luckily he didn't respond within the allotted time period, and I was able to get my money back. I was told that it withdrew him into a negative PayPal balance.
It would be worth opening up a claim/dispute.
Have you tried e-mailing him?

Wow really? Was this recently? Maybe they changed it but I think it use to be that they had to have a paypal balance for them to refund if I am not mistaken.... But it is worth a try eitherway!!!

Open a dispute. You are more than fair to be this patience. You can always restart your transaction later when the smoke all clears up. It's not like you didn't try to contact him to works things out. Nismo should understand this situation. Hope all ends well. Keep us posted.
BTW, isn't it a one day operation to have your appendic removed? I hope everything is ok with Nismo.

You and anyone else involved here need to start a credit card chargeback vs paypal if you hopefully paid that way, or at the very least a PayPal dispute for your own protection. If there is a personal issue, Nismo 32 can make things right and you can always drop the dispute.
Hopefully, anyone involved that paid thru PayPal did so with a credit card, as this is your best protection in these cases.
I was involved in a similar situation with former Sponsor Fish N Frags regarding a Jabawaki Frag ($500), but the monetary amounts it sounds like are inolved here make my former situation sound like small change.
This is big money, Felony level money. DO NOT sit on your butts and do nothing.

I'm very good friends with nismo. I've been trying to contat him on his cell for a couple days...with no answer. I can guarantee you that you he will do good for all you guys. I understand u spent a lot of money, but please be patient as you can mark my word...he is a good man!

Did you not have contact with him over the last month? If you know him that well, do you know what happened to him? Is he hurt? Please elaborate more on the situation so that people on the forum can be assured. Your word of guarantee is tough to take for those who spent that much money on the corals.

I have talked to him about a week or 2 ago. Everything was good at that time. I can tell you this. I know he's got the frags to sell as I've seel the mother colony's. I'll keep trying to get in contact with him for you guys. Please give him the benifit of the doubt. he's a good guy! And I understand that its hard to trust someone when u spend that much money!

Thanks bro! Honestly, I think he's enjoyed the benefit of a doubt for a while now {Putting aside the posts on a sister site up to a few weeks ago}... A friend in the buy said that he got a call a few weeks ago and was told about the whole Appendices thing and that the corals would be shipped ASAP... But has not heard from him for another few weeks now.
FWIW, I really hope Dude's OK... But, anyone can get a buddy to come over and pack up a box. Especially when payment has been made.
