Fu Manchu sick on arrival... what can I do

I ordered a supposedly 3" fu Manchu from @NYAquatic and received a 4.5" tailless (completely chewed off) fu Manchu with an obvious swimbladder disorder (see attached pictures). Since arrival I placed it in a 6 hour prazipro, cefazolin, levofloxacin bath with 100ml/hr of tank water added. The bucket was airated and heated. After this I placed the fish I my aquarium (against every single good sense I had) as I could not stand to see it suffer. It had sense wedged itself under a rock crevice. I may relocate it into my sump as it is so large it could probably eat my Waspfish/filefish. What can I do and is there anyone who would like to hospitalize it?

I'd be looking at what I can do to get my money back. Why would somebody ship you a fish in that shape? I'd be livid... I do hope it lives..

I am so mad... i moved the fish to my sump. This is the response I got

Ammonia is not going to make a tail disappear. I do hope he makes it..

oh poor fish, they seem to have good deal all the time on facebook and such. do you get a replacement or store credit?

I have yet to get s replacement (however I did have a tank crash about a month ago while I was on vacation and told them to hold off)
