Fuge/ATS or dose

Just moved my 75 to the office and looking to help keep parameters in check for the long run.

I run dual filter socks and a skimmer. Should i add cheato to the sump, look at an ATS or dosing to lower nitrate and phosphates?

ATS is the most efficient option. I use an icecap scrubber in my sub, works great.

How are people mounting the ATS these days? I think i have room but nothing to sit it on.
