I have an IM 50 lagoon AIO and i have the intank fuge basket in the second chamber. bought the IM fuge light but realized too late that the back of the chamber has a black backing that i need to take off so light can get through. I have the tank on APS stand and its flush with the wall right now so theres no space for me to get back there and cut the back. are there any options that yall recommend that are small enough that i could mount above the fuge basket or maybe inside of it? id rather not move the tank but if i have to i guess i will. if i remove like 10-20 gallons of water can i really just slide the tank and stand?

This one works fairly well I believe that there is a smaller size you could just stick it in the water vertically because it is water proof.

Thanks for the reply! ill check out the smaller one and see if the dimensions will work, if so that sounds pretty ideal.

or maybe add a algae reactor...?

Just get a submersible light. Lots of cheap or expensive options. I use this cheapie:
it sits submerged vertically in a chamber of my coralife Biocube 32. It grows sea lettuce just fine.
