Fuge lights

how long are you running your fuge lights? I just started a fuge In my 40 gal AIO reef about 2 weeks ago. Found a hydroponic led panel on amazon that has been working great Chaeto growing like a champ. Light is on 10pm-6am. Is this to long or is 8hours enough?

I usually just run mine whenever my main tank lights are off (12 hours a day)

8 hrs is a good starting point. Use your NO3 readings to direct you to leave the lights on longer (NO3 rising) or on less (NO3) getting too low.

Ok. All readings are currently good. Feeding more fish and more corals. Thanks for the input on NO3
