So you dont like it? Is the reactor and fuge doing whats it is supposed to do, export nutrients? A possible solution in the fuge is to get something like ulva. It grows on the surface and will block a lot of light and maybe the string cheesy stuff wont have enough light to grow.My fuge and algae reactor seem to grow long green/brown algae on the cheto? Besides you wiping it clean, vac out the bottom of your fuge and washing off your chaeto, you can hire some Dwarf Florida Certh snails. These snails specialize in film algaes growing on most surfaces including macro alage. The Astraea Turbo snail is good at eating hair algae. You will need to trim the hair down some so they can get to the ends. If you are not a snail person you can get a bunch of small reef safe hermits for the fuge. Be sure to get some extra shells. They will need bigger shells as they grow.Looks dirty. I see others fuge and it’s just thick cheato
