FujiCube 20L DIY Sump kit install

Deciding to keep my 40Breeder setup I figured I might as well finish it and get it running properly. I had a 20L laying around so I decided to use it for a sump. Checking eBay for kits I came across FujiCube. I checked their website to see what they had available and I liked the fact they took into account two different tank manufacturers. So I ordered the Aqueon kit.

I waited about a week for it arrive. But as soon as the mail lady dropped off my box I was all in it. I got easurements of the skimmer I'm looking on buying to place into the sump and measured 1" wider than the dimensions for the placement of the fuge baffle. Next measurement I got was for my return pump and made my marks for the placement of those baffles. My fuge area is 8.5" wide. Hope you guys likes pics....I tried to take as many as I could. Total time for the build took around 3.75hrs.

Nice work on the sump and thank you for the pictures! The 40b is a nice size tank with decent flexibility!

Thanks..... tomorrow I'll be doing a water test. Says 24hr cure time but would rather wait another 24hrs to be safe....on my return side I'm planning on marking the glass for how much water needs to be added in 1/2 gallon intervals.

Sounds good. Also may want a min water line and a max fill line.
