Just setting up my first refugium and hear a lot about lights with narrow spectrums. If I go down that path I'm thinking of say the kessil h80 or similar. but my concern is how that affects bacterial and zooplankton growth. As i want to charge it with copepods and the like. Would these lights be fine for that or should I go full spectrum. TIA.

I have a very successful fuge with just an H80. Tons of pods, amazing macro growth.

I put it in between grow and bloom at 100%. Manual on and off but I should put it on my 360x controller, good call.
