We all know the trick to remove stickers on something without leaving a sticky residue... use a hair dryer, heat up the sticker and peal off, works like a charm.. right?
well, earlier today, in the process of DIYing my LED fixture, there were some stickers on my heat sink bar, so my first instinct was the hair dryer method... heat the sticker for about 30 seconds, touch it to see if it's hot, nope, keep heating, try and try again... doesnt get hot... what the heck...
soooo... after about 5 minutes of trying to heat up the sticker... i finally realized it was a... HEAT SINK i'm trying to heat up... LOL....
