Fungal or Bacterial?

This copperband is in my hyposaline QT. He is an aggressive eater who is taking Mysis and live black worms.

At first I thought this was ich but it’s getting bigger. Looks like fungal or bacterial?

Should it be treated with NFG, focus, kanoplex, metroplex?

Other options is to just keep feeding heavy, medicate food, and let him heal on its own since he is happily eating.

^^i agree probably lympho should go away on its own with good water and food
