Might consider moving it around...

I have one that did the same thing, turns out is was in a high flow area that it didn't seem to like all that much. I moved it and it's fully extend now.

Hi, I wonder if my tank is 10 gallon and using current usa, is it consider low light if i set it on sand bed

If I understand your question correctly, setting it on the sand bed should be fine.

do you know if there any possibility that it happens. Before it happened, I went to travel for 3 weeks and asked my roommate to do water change for me. After I am back, many hair algae grew over my tank. And my other blasto are close all the time now.

It looks slightly bleached on that side; I'd consider moving it to an area with less light.

if it does die dont take it out of the tank, babys could spawn on the skele
