So I got a plate and it stayed in the mail a little too long. UPS had some mechanical issues somewhere along the line. It didn’t start off well at all, but after a week had bounced back nicely. Today after a few more days it’s taken a turn for the worst. I target feed mysis and roids twice a week to certain corals including the plate. Anything else I can do?

Sit back and watch it and see if it settles in. If it inflates and extends its tentacles you could try feeding it. I wouldn't try feeding while its deflated. Mine ate full size PE mysis but I quit target feeding most of my corals. If it turns out not to make it don't pull it. Its never happened to me but I've read about lot of people having them grow babies even tho the plate appears dead.
