I've had this fungia for about 3 weeks. I moved it from the spot it was in because I noticed skeleton showing on the edges and I was concerned it was getting too much flow. It is in an area of moderate flow now.

It seems happy where it is I think...Extends during the day and eats when I feed it, but showing even more skeleton on the edges as you can see in the pic along the left side and front. Thoughts?

My fungia is in a low flow area and has no issues. Have you fed it at all. They like to eat, anything, mysis, flakes, pellets. If you are not feeding it, do so, it will help tremendously.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I feed it frozen bits about every other night. It generally eats as long as my jerk fish don't steal the food lol.

Might want to cut a plastic soft drink (Coke of course) bottle in half to put over coral while you feed it; gives it a few minutes before the "pillaging herd" arrives.
