My fungia all have very short sweepers (less than 1/2 inch).

Also another problem. How come I always see fungia is a bit white like it's dying? I was told if it turns white flip it over. How do I prevent the white bit on it from spreading

How can I prevent it from turning white?
Bleaching is typically caused from too much light. In my experience the orange plates tend to prefer lower lighting than other color varieties. Fungia also do better with supplemental feedings of mysis shrimp and other small meaty foods occasionally. Other than that, provide it with proper water parameters and lower to medium flow and you should be set. I don't see the white spot you're referring to. I just see a reflection from your lighting. Overall, your fungia looks to be in good shape from the photo.

So I can cover up that part with low light?

I would start the entire coral in indirect light for now while it adjusts to your system. You can move it to brighter lighting slowly and monitor it's reaction. I'm betting the color to that area will start to return. Let it adust for a few days then offer it a little mysis while the tentacles are out. A little extra nourishment could help it recover quicker.
