@jayhemdal I have a blue ring angel with some fungus on it from what I can tell. I have tried copper power, prazi pro, and paraguard. I believe it’s getting better with paraguard but wanted to make sure I’m doing the right treatment. There’s also open spots on the right side of his body

video again if didn’t load

Sorry - I’m out of town for the weekend and can view the videos on my phone. From the pictures, the marks on the head look like scrapes to me. True fungal infections are super rare in marine fishes, so this is either physical trama or trauma with a secondary bacterial infection. I can’t see the mark on the body very clearly.

Is the angel showing any other symptoms?

Can you give some more information about the fish, and your tank? What was the time-frame this developed. What doses of the medications and how long - did you use? Any other fish sick?

Fungal infections are not normally seen very often in salt water fish. Was there any injury, etc? The white spots on the face - are those constant - or do they change?

EDIT - @Jay Hemdal and I posted at the same time. Sorry for the repeat

Looks like a gram positive infection which is slower to act and develops with an injury or poor water quality. The top ahead appears to have begun with a minot injury and treatment will be mnecessary using Seachem kanaplex and water quality maintained along with added aeration using an air stone. It has not yet become sore which is good.
Is fish eating?
Breathing normal or labored?

From what I can tell, this is a quarantine tank. After use f Kanaplex, follow with PraziPro applying initial dose at 85% of recommended and apply initial dosage known as an interval for 8 days, do a water change and do one more 8 day dose interval
Use airstone with prazi as it does reduce both oxygen and appetite. If running a skimmer, leave cup off first 24 hrs as skimmer will go nuts from the glycol solution in Prazi
