Fungus or Bacteria?

Fungus is pretty rare in marine environments, so I'd guess bacteria more likely - but that's a guess. @melypr1985 or @Humblefish are likely to have seen both and could offer more concrete assurance.

Do you have meds for either one (antibiotics / antifungals) available?

Yes I do. They're currently in Furan2

Great! Continue the furan2 but I would do an acriflavin dip on her as well. Add vitamins in her food as well to help boost the immune system. If it gets worse in the next two days then you might want to add kanaplex to the furan2.
